Thoughts on today

1) Grant's substitution was a good idea; a lack of leadership and general ineptitude led to Wolves scoring that equaliser
2) Drury is worrying; he was out-classed by a Conference midfielder and certainly isn't the Drury of old. I am in two minds about whether he should be given a new contract.
3) We have no-one who can lead the defence effectively
4) Hughes isn't a winger
5) Dion was excellent
6) PG's tenure begins in January
7) We need a new defence
