....it was Hallowe'en in Lakenham (actually it was Hallowe'en everywhere in western hemisphere but you know what I mean).

My mate and I had his parents' house to ourselves and were churning out the latest Slayer CD Seasons in the Abyss while making some chips (as in real ones - chopping potatoes and all) and drinking beer.

Mate goes running off to the door. By the time I get there I see 6 terrified 8 year olds just legging it out of the garden.

He didn't think and, with Slayer belting out Dead Skin Mask, had run to the door with his long hair, beard, Sepultura T-shirt and holding a very large carving knife, opened the door and said in an irritated voice " yeah ?"
