Aside from Les Reed at Charlton, Grunt must be the cheapest, most uninspiring and downright joke of a managerial change in the history of football.
Who actually wanted him in the first place, why was he felt to be the man for the job, and most importantly of all how many more years of mediocrity before our fantastically ambitious board finally make a positive decision and appointment a manager who actually has some kind of decent managerial credentials?
