On the theory that hitler has parkinsons, there's a bit of film where he is holding an eye glass and then drops his arm saying "oh my arm!" (cos the reflex in your elbow joint is sign of parkinsons, and in most clips hitler is holding his right arm)

Probably a few more bits I've missed out just general film comments
