I have a gay bloke who comes in my pub for a beer now and then ...

we call him "Big Gay BoB" (not to his face though), he's frightening and not stereotypical at all. About 25 stone, big, brash Londoner and a lorry driver. Frightened the f**k out of me the other night, as I thought he wanted to take me home! Doesn't matter about the size of the nail, because there would be a massive hammer behind it!
