I think the Norwich link is probably more instigated by the press. They

seem desperate in the EDP to connect it, almost as though they are jealous that Ipswich has a serial killer and Norwich doesn't (anymore). I've just read the EDP's latest attempt and one thing which stood out was that Natalie Pearman's body was half-naked, whereas these are not only completely naked, but the clothes have been removed from the scene.

Again, I'm not an expert, but if Discovery Channel is to be believed, this suggests the profile of a different killer.
