Very rare to have four on four. I played a good standard for many years, admittedly in midfield, but if you think that it is working perfectly you should try watching a game or two. If you have coaching badges I will defer to your greater wisdom.
But seriously, they don't move around much, don't pivot don't move in and out, just too static, especially Colin yesterday.
