New rules
If it's to the face it's a red (I think...) but anything to the chest is by default a yellow.
Which tbh I disagree with - there *are* too many cards these days and I think the rules should be changed so that there are fewer: but I still think an elbow or violent shove to the chest is red-card material. I think reds should be automatic for diving and violent conduct. Yellows come like confetti these days and a lot of them shouldn't be awarded: football is not a non-contact sport and pretty much any tackle which results in getting the ball should in my view be allowed. Really you only want to outlaw the studs-right-over-the-top efforts.
