what financial gamble have Reading taken ?
He funded a couple of seasons losses at about a million a year when they got promoted from what is now Div1 to The Championship.
They have spent bugger all on transfers and when they did spend a ?1m for Lita, we came along and funded half of that when we bought Hughes.
Even this season they haven't spent alot. ?1.5m on a winger from Wolves and didnt they sign a defender ?
