You can't judge Grant with limited time and an inheritance of pure s**te.
On the subject of change, there's no way on earth we're going to get rid of five players,and sign seven in January. I know that probably wasn't the point but if Grant is going to get a fair crack of the whip, he needs time to make his changes. If we can't trust him to do that, then he should never have been appointed in the first place.
It will take til at least the start of the '07/'08 season to make the real changes we need. This season is a lost cause but again, don't place it all on Grant's shoulders. The board are primarily to blame.
