You are missing an important point
This is a decision by the PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD about whether two PAKISTANI cricketers are to be allowed to play cricket for PAKISTAN. And the appeal panel was headed by an ex judge from one of the most corrupt and incompetent judiciaries in the world.
