Still the optimist!

I read on here most days how we are on a downward spiral. However, I believe in PG and think that him, and (I know I will get slated for this) the board, are moving forward.

I'm glad that we didn't piss our money away when we got relegated. Sure, Worthy made some dire signings, but that was Worthy. I have full faith in Grant.

He has bought so much more out of the current squad we have than what Worthy did, and bear in mind, this most likely isn't the squad he would like. We can't judge Grant on Worthys' team. Imagine what he will be like when he brings in players he wants, and maybe more importantly, players he doesn't.

He is slowly introducing a more attractive style of football and nuturing young players to turn us back to a more attacking side. If we keep key players, such as Hucks and Earnie, in Jan and make some astute signings, I beleive that we can put up a real fight for promotion.
