A place at the end of one of the Sheffield tram routes is called Halfway.

You see these big old trams running around with Halfway written on the front, and if you're a complete t**t you joke "Heh, I'd get that home, but I'd have to walk the rest of the way."

Also, there's a place in Sheffield called Low Edges, which hasn't got any low edges, to the best of my knowledge.
