Now ?36 million in debt after two years in the Premiership, the overall earnings of chairman David Sheepshanks and chief executive Derek Bowden - including benefits and pension payments - were ?114,000 and ?214,000 respectively.
Add the total earnings of sales and marketing director Andrew Goulborn (?96,000) and Anna Hughes (?87,000) to the pot and "directors' emoluments" rose from ?276,000 to ?511,000 for the year ending June 30, 2006.
Turn to page 25 of the Norwich accounts and under point six 'Director's remuneration', the 'aggregate emoluments (including benefits)' was just ?25,000 for the year ended May 31 - down from ?36,000 the previous year.
