Wasn't he also one of the Guildhall Special Brew hobos?

Going back many years now, before they got somehow permanently moved on, they'd sit by the wall of the guildhall by the taxi rank drinking heavily, and causally abusing people. Some were punks, some weren't but they were all drinking bottles of fight-the-world. Weren't he one of them?
