Looks an interesting concept

Just reading into it a bit, it looks like the early users have the upper hand simply because when it first started, land was cheap and plentiful... Whereas now prices have risen and it might be difficult to get a foothold.

Looks like you have to invest a fair wedge to get anywhere.
