We need to ride it till Jan, if the Earnie speculation is going to be rife, then I hope it's early in jan, then we can deal with it and get our own targets in

If we're near the play off pack we can take a charge to the play offs seriously, if we're 6 points off, then maybe it's time to rebuild for next season

Either way, I'm just glad the right man for the job is in charge
