my thoughts on your thoughts

I to prefer a straight talking manager, however it appears a lot of things said were in the heat of the moment and should really be forgotten. Without passion where would the game be?

I am a pre - '92-'93 supporter (as you put it) and do not agree with your opinions on booing of players. Football is a product that i as the customer pay to watch. If i do not feel that im getting value for money then i am fully entitled to express my opinion whether it be booing or shouting at a player.

As you were pre 92-93 i take it you were at carrow road when there was a bit of atmosphere, not like it is now.....dead as a f**king library!

Football used to be a working mans sport with passion both on and off the field unlike now where we have a bunch of pre Madonna?s on the park and middle class jonny come latelys on a lot of the seats (oh for terracing to return). A lot of these people expect instant success for their investment, not going to happen!

Grant is unproven as a manager and he must be given a chance to build his own team. His passion for the game is a good thing and some of the things he says should be taken with a pinch of salt and not taken to heart as some fans did on Saturday. That?s said every paying supporter has as much of a right to have their say.

Rant over
