Huckerby

A certain well known, female shareholder (whose name I?m not allowed to quote to get the post on this forum) was speaking to two of my friends at half time on Saturday. They were asking her if & when Huckerby?s contract extension will be signed. She said ?his performances are getting worse each week, he?s losing his pace & he no longer has the desire or commitment to play for Norwich, so I?m not sure about an extension the way he?s going?.

To me, this sounds like it could be the start of a propaganda campaign designed to ease the impact of him leaving us. If we?re told enough times he?s no longer good enough & doesn?t want to be here, after a while people may start to believe it! I for one still believe he is by far the best player at our club & is still the key to us making any kind of impact on the promotion race. Hucks has to stay, it really is that simple!

The rumours are rife again that he?s off to Celtic in the summer. So expect to hear stories & rumours of unrest from Huckerby.
