Can someone point me to the Norwich Fan's Board?
I appear to have visited the Wolves one.
Yes, it appears Grant was out of order, but look at it this way. He's shown the players that he'll criticise them publicly, he's also got to defend them when they get what he considers unnecessary criticism. (Aside from anything else that might be considered warranted, booing your own players before they kick a ball is utterly pathetic, no matter how crap they are.)
And while he might not be happy with the fans, at no point did he use Worthy's immortal line "I don't care what the fans think". In fact, the outburst would appear to show he cares very much what the fans think.
Some of you need to get some perspective. You sound like the arrogant fans that we've been quick to deride. yes, our first team should be doing better, but how often has Grant actually had our first team available? We're not good enough as a squad to walk this league, and anyone who thinks otherwise is deluding themselves.
Grant has had an encouraging start, in my opinion. He's got far more points than I'd have expected without being able to change the side much. Yes he's made some shocking mistakes. Taking Dion out for Doherty last week (just on a form/fitness standpoint let alone ability), using Doherty in midfield at Stoke both stick out. But, and it's a big but, he's not made the same one two weeks in a row like a certain former manager did.
