Worthy needed to go

that doesn't mean Grant is going to be an immediate success. We can criticise him without it having anything to do with the Worthy thing.

Grant has made some mistakes, but so did Worthy.

Got to give Grant as much of a chance as Worthy had really. Doesn't mean he's immune from criticism.
