At the NCISA meeting, Delia implied..........

that under Grant's leadership there was going to be many coming and goings. Another deadline passes and even though it's clear the squad inherited by Grant is inadequate, we make no signings. Now Delia and the rest of the Board need to understand that if results continue in the same manner all the fans' concerns are going to be aimed at them and not the manager. The Board owe us an explanation as to why they're prepared to fiddle until January!!
