Oasis were the first band i really got into, they then opened up doors to other bands around at that time such as Charlatans, The Manics, OCS etc as well as historic bands such as The Sex Pistols, The STones, The Beatles (Not Genesis) ETC. Which in turn lead to me learning to play Bass and playing in a band for teh past 10 years.
I dont listen to Oasis half us much now as i used to, I am now into all sorts of music, but it was Oasis and the brit pop movement that started all this off for me.
So yes i do like Oasis and No I am not suicidal and yes i do think tou should respect what they did for the British Music scene.
