I think you are being a bit precious here mate

It's not racist to whinge about business moving services to a region that results in a poorer level of customer service for its clients.
Being in the insurance industry I have had a lot of contact with these centres, and know of a lot of other people expereinces and they can be truly shocking.
Case in point, a client trying to report a claim to someone with no idea what a round about is.

Most (i'll admit to some) don't whinge because its Indian, they whinge because of the drop in service the move to india results in.
