and download the FREE version of musicmatch jukebox.
Install it.
Now using musicmatch let it automatically find the music on your hard drive.
Now attach you mp3 player to your USB slot and using musicmatch jb click the tracks you want and then click on the buttom bottom left that says
PORTABLE DEVICE
it shoudl be straight forward
