Man U only bought him as a backup so I bet his cointract there wasn't huge. And Gabbidon cost ?2m - we spent ?3m on Ashton. They haven't spent that much so far, and in response to your question as to how. They're in the Premiership. And as a reasonably glamourous London club they'll get in more sponsorship and gate receipt money than we did.
