Papering over the cracks
Not really happening. We should all know we have a poor squad, and shouldn't be getting carried away with a couple of good results.
Grant needs to build his own team, he can't work miracles with the (almost universally agreed) s**t that worthington left him with.
We are now seeing the results of keeping with a manager in the summer when the board clearly had concerns.
