we have only shacks in the team who has come through the youth team so only has Norwich as his team

Most players are happy just to get their ?300k a year to set them up for retirement and not really giving a toss about playing. most are getting too old and past it so see norwich as an easy way to get some money set aside. So why would they care about the derby game, it means nothing to them. we `have no players in the team who really CARE and LOVE thier club, we need someone like Robert Fleck or Duncan Forbes.
