A right winger but not one we would have signed

He was a highly political character who used monetarist theory to attack government support for the weak and needy members of society. His views were so extreme that he even supported a market for hard drugs on the basis the market forces rule and should be allowed to operate. He certainly never supported the Canaries and probably had no interest in football (sorry 'soccer' as it is called in the land of the free).
