as a kid i went to portman road a few times and have seen ips**t down here in the 70's 80's and 90's some of the memories of seeing fans rioting on carrow bridge, and experiencing the evil atmosphere of the northbank
11.30 on sunday morning is a piss of but i don't think the old bill have any choice
