You've got the cold that's been lingering around for a year up here

You're right the cold lasts up to 3 months. I had it from mid december into february of this year. Was convinced there was something badly wrong with me. Doctor pissed me off saying there was nothing wrong with me

A fried of mine had exactly the same thing, which lasted about 2 months (one day you'll be fine the next day a mess)

Sudafed breaks up a lot of the s**t inside. If it's the first time you take it, you'll probably be amazed at it's effect, and you'll cough up large amounts of s**t you'll never believe was inside you

Which is why I keep joking with you about getting some. It ain't going to go away in a week or so, it lingers in you for ages

I got it back again in July and decided to painkiller it instead of laying in bed all over christmas like I did last year

I've got it back in the last week or so, my throat is f**ked every morning, and I'm finding it hard to eat, and my chest feels s**t

I start to feel better when I cough a load of crap up, as then I know it's starting to clear a bit
