You're right on the it.

However, the attribution to Albert Smith is more suspect.

It's thought to have been imported in from another local team, Catton, Caley's FC and Norwich Teachers being some of the possibilities.

Caley's is the most likely. Smith as an employee at Caley and Son and the song was sung at company socials.
