I never like it when players get injured

and injury is something I'd never wish on a player. But, I am glad Gary Doherty is out of the side (and I hope he isn't offered a new contract) because he is appalling. He was a typical panic signing and a perfect example of how bad Nigel Worthington operated in the transfer market. Doherty has a had a few good games for us, but he has never really impressed me.

As much as I like Fleming, I think he is past it. Time for him to move on as well...
