If you have a fatboy PS2, you need a network adaptor.

Hook it up to your router and set it up using the network setup disc that came with the network adaptor.
However, if you have a slim PS2 - It has a built-in adapter and the instructions should be there somewhere.

I went through all that crap setting it up for Pro Evo, yet so many c**ts disconnect before you win, cheat by lagging AND swear constantly at you - I can't see it being any different for Fifa.
PS2 just aint that great for online to be honest.
