The LA Times now says that the Dodgers dont plan to submit a bid for Matsuzaka either. So no Angels, no Dodgers, no Mariners. who's left? The Mets and Yanks are the only two certainties. Texas would be a dark horse. Baltimore and Boston as possibilities. The Boston Globe reports that Theo Epstein won't reveal whether he plans to submit a bid for Matsuzaka before the wed. deadline, but the team has scouted him extensively.
