we got Sky+ box free at bennets last night

They have an offer on wher you get the box for ?49 andpay the ?60 installation.
Went in to sign up and sky were being muppets, poor bloke couldn't get any sense from them. THey gave him about 5 different nubmers to ring, kept passing him around.
After about 45 minutes of this some senior guy took over, lied to them that we;d bought a tele which meant we got hte box free.
Paid ?60 instalation and they are coming to fit monday.
