I think the frustration WAS with Worthington

it was obvious Holt was doing his best but he shouldn't have been out there. How Worthy could see that Malky wouldn't hack it in the Prem and yet believe that a player as immobile and technically limited as Holty could was totally beyond me even before the season started. How it took him so long to spot the blindingly obvious once the season had started defies explanation.
