remember that Mr Worthington had a similair attitude

towards the players (albeit not so puiblic) he soon turfed out all the deadwood and got in his own players who played by his rules, and if they didnt (or once you crossed him) they were out, there was no going back.

Remember that Delia and Co LOVED worthy so his sucessor was always going to be a little in the Worthy mould
