SMS is too easy, passive (easy to ignore and pretend you didn't get it etc), impersonal.

Best way is just talk to the girl when you see her, make a joke and suggest going for a drink, etc (anything except cinema - never understood that one). But since I don't expect you to communicate other than with SM f**king S then just be a little bit assertive about it.
