Go to your GP! They can usually do everything you're likely to need - and for free (except for prescription charges of course). Otherwise, British Airways used to have a walk-in place on Regent Street, but they'll charge you for each jab (guessing, but that's probably ?10-20 each). Some jabs you can have done days before you travel, others need three or four weeks. Most last at least a year and some for 5 or 10.
My understanding of anti-malarials is that they are absolutely essential; but are not 100% effective. If I remember correctly, it's Methloquine that's can be a bastard. You usually need start them a week before you leave. If you get malaria symptoms, though, you should get treatment immediately.
If you want to research what you might need then check User Posted Link World Health Organisation and Centre for Disease Control (US). Obviously, though, it's health professionals you need to consult with.
