No, I would release him & make him head Iraq & allow the people to re-build their lives.

Although he was a dictator & done some terrible things the Region is tribal & they will always fight. Under Saddam he had control of the Country & the region was safer as it was then opposed to how it is now. Is him killing Iraqis any different to Bush & Blair killing them?
