forgot about the handball!
from my seat (front of block B Barclay lower) the foul wasn't a foul and so wasn't a penalty, when their player saw the ball going through to Gallagher he went down in hope, but being as he'd held Dublin back to even get to that position...
and the handball was definitely ball to hand
(admittedly everything does have a lovely yellow & green tint to it through these glasses though...)
