1996-97 All, except Man City, Huddersfield, Bradford, Palace, Birmingham, Reading, Sheff Utd, Oldham, Southend, QPR, Oxford, Wolves, and Swindon
1995-96 Charlton, Barnsley, Palace, Bolton (LC), Southend, Brentford (FAC), Birmingham, Huddersfield.
1994-95 Blackburn, Leeds, QPR, Everton, Tranmere (LC), Notts County (LC), Spurs, Wimbledon, Coventry, Coventry (FAC), Sheff Wednesday, Ipswich, Forest, Aston Villa.
1993-94 All (including, unwillingly, the UEFA cup run ones)
1992-93 All, except Coventry and Middlesbrough.
1991-92 All, except Sheff Utd and Wimbledon.

That's a total of 303 so far. Another 150 or so to go through, stretching back as far as 1974, and around 50 or so away programmes. I'll advise these when I've sorted through.
