Just an observation, probably been made before...
I lost count of the number of times the rest of the team stood still and watched as the ball was passed across the back four. Nobody wanted to show for the ball, bar Safri who who would make a 5 yard sideways move to collect but then had no choice but to return the pass as nobody else had moved. We were static under NW and still are, what's gorn on? Sort it out PG.
