Here's my advice
A couple of days ago I noticed about 4 nice ones for sale in Thorpe St Andrew. They are in a great location by the river near The Rushcutters, Town House, Red Lion etc.

Or buy a house in Brundall which is a good up and coming area, very quick to get into Norwich, and has 2 railway stations.
