The Academy..

is a flawed exercise for a team like Norwich. Because of the constraints imposed on where you can source young players from, we are compromised by our geographical location.

Our best young players in the past Bellamy, Llewellyn (Wales) Eadie (West Country), even Sutton was originally from the Nottingham area. We can no longer get players from there. I have long suggested we withdraw from the Academy system and go back to the old youth system that serves us so well in the past.
