Agreed Shackell would make a good defender given somebody half decent to play alongside...

Has anybody ever played alongside people that are absolutely crap?

It demoralises you and eventually you get dragged down to their level.

Donkerty isn't fit enough to lace a Div 2 players boots and he is probably one of the higher wage earners at City!
