Almost.

You can't just copy the .bin and .cue files onto a disc. You have to use a program like Nero and select the "Burn from disc image" option or whatever it's called. It'll ask you for the image you want to burn, and you then browse for the .cue file - it'll take it from there. What you end up with on the disc isn't the .cue and .bin files, but the contents of them - basically the .bin file stores all the stuff on the CD< and .cue files tells the burner where each bit should go.
