cup games this season

so will NW learn from last seasons debacle at Upton Park (the resulting injuries undoubtably had an affect on our relegation) and do the sensible thing this year? Does anyone care about either cup this season? Our 1 and only priority this season should be the league, the last thing we need is the distraction of the cups, extra games, and extra risk of injuries. I for one will be happy if we go out at the first hurdle in both of them. Come on Nige, play the kids!
Am i alone in this view?
