I think they could be that stupid

They have delusions of grandeur, that club. I wanted to vomit blood when Pardew started strutting around the Millennium Stadium pitch after the play off final, claiming his side "deserved" to be in the Premier. With any luck they'll buy him, go down, and administration will beckon.
